Our story

We are two brothers who grew up in Southern California, where bakeries were a big part of our daily lives. Fresh baguettes and croissants were always on the kitchen table - never lasting more than a couple of hours. We wanted to bring that same feeling to Dallas.

When we met Peter Edris, we knew we could finally bring our vision to life. The Bread Club is a neighborhood bakery created to celebrate the culture of bread-making and its ability to bring people together.

At The Bread Club, everything is made by scratch in-house daily - from breads to viennoiserie. We’ve partnered with local Texas farmers to mill our own flour. Peter combines old-world French and Italian techniques with local ingredients to create bread that’s not only delicious, but also balanced and natural -  the kind of bread you can enjoy every day.
